Fancy and cute

Those two words go through my mind when I think of the stuff I just ordered. Next Sunday I will go to a high tea and the bday girl wants us to dress up ‘cute’. Perfect excuse to shop.

I totally see myself using this items in combination with a black skater skirt and some overknees or black thights.

Best spend @ September ’14

I didn’t have a lot to spend this month, but I bought new stuff anyways. I came home with three bags from Primark and bought some things at H&M and Pull&Bear. These are probably my best buys from this month! I got the vest and necklace at Primark and the Tee is from H&M.

I really should do an outfitpost soon. Stay tuned, it can’t take much longer after my latest shopping sessions!

Block heels

For a very long time I only bought shoes that were flat or higher than 10cm, midheels basically didn’t exist for me. But boy, they do now. Like these white block heels from boohoo.com. They have a such a playful, yet simplistic look.

New in: make-up

This evening Kruidvat had some pretty awesome promotion: make-up 1+1 for free. Which meant 50% discount. Me and my friends went pretty crazy for it, haha. This is what I bought:

Foundation powder, blue eyeliner, consealer, black mascara, glow in the dark nailpolish and lipstick.

At Drenthe

I spent the weekend with the family in a cottage somewhere in the countryside. The best thing about it was the jacuzzi (missing it already). We did some shopping in the city Assen, but I only bought two DVD’s we could watch during the evenings and a piece of handmade soap.

Our view:

The most interesting this weekend was our visit to former Kamp Westerbork. It’s really impressive to see the remains of a place that once was a hell for so many people.

When I got home today I found a package from H&M waiting for me to be opened. I was looking forward to the coat, because I really like the winered. (It was already getting dark when I took the picture, so the colors are a bit messed up.) The combinations of the coat with the jumper is really cozy and warm.

Coat, jumper, gloves: H&M

Isabel Marant pour H&M

Lots of fashionpeople were looking forward to the launch of Isabel Marant pour H&M today. I too had to take a quick look at the items of the collab. I saw nice garments, but hadn’t plans of purchasing anything. In the end I ordered this white top. I love the shape of it and with an item like this you can never go wrong, right? ;)

Some cooking & some new buys

First of all: to all mothers and especially to my own sweet Mum: Happy Mothersday!

Lately I make a lot of my own meals. I start cooking by the time I get hungry, so most of my meals are done in 20 minutes. I used to eat at my parents’ place most of the time, but now I have more time left I just cook for myself. It’s nice to do, only the dishes afterwards aren’t really my thing!

My meals of the last two days and today:

1. It takes about 15 minutes to make this soup. Put all the ingredients but the egg and the cheese with some water on the fire and let it boil. After 10 minutes you add the (beaten) egg and the cheese. Wait another five minutes, add a little pepper and done!

2. Put the broccoli with some water on the fire and let it boil for some minutes. Take a frying pan that fits the pangasius. Put some seed oil (two spoons will be enough) and put a medium fire up. Wait a few minutes and then put the pangasius in the pan. (Watch out for splashing oil!) Bake it for 5 minutes then turn it around. Add the dill on the pangasius and add the mushrooms. Wait another five minutes… aaaaand it’s ready!

3. Another soup. This one is by far the most basic and most easiest to make! Nevertheless I think it’s really tasty. Cut a onion, a small potatoe and chicken breast to pieces. Put it with some bouillon and water on the fire. Wait 15 minutes and you’re done! Add some pepper if you want to give it more flavour.

You think these lowcarb meals look good? Then go make some yourself soonish!

At last: some new buys. A mug, a jar, a basket and three herbal plants. Don’t you think the mug is super sweet?

New buys from H&M and New Look

I spoiled myself with some new buys!

Maybe I’m gonna take out all the little mirrors in the H&M short so it’s more a basic short.

Also got this pic from a few days ago. Me and my friend Margarita went to ‘Peukie’ to have a drink. Healthy green tea it was! (And a brownie as snack, haha.)
